On July 3, 2023, M.A. Parikh Fine Arts & Arts College, Palanpur celebrated the 'Guru Purnima', in which the principal of the college, Dr. R. B. Patel gave a speech on the importance of Guru and Guru Purnima. On this occasion, the former principal of G.D. Modi College of Arts and the former campus director of G.D. Modi Vidhya Sankul, Shri Girishbhai Thakar (Guru) was present as a chief guest, who enlightened the students with his thorough knowledge. The students of the fine arts and arts enthusiastically participated in the program.
