Under the guidance of the principal, Dr. R. B. Patel sir, in the context of the subject 'Industrial Psychology', the department of Psychology of M. A. Parikh Fine Arts and Arts College, Palanpur, organized an industrial visit at 'Duke Plasto Technique Private Limited' on 28-07-2023, in which 30 students of sem.6 from the psychology department remained present. In this visit, the M.D. and H.R. staff of the company provided the information and guidance to the students regarding the company, employee selection, employee training, employee job satisfaction, employee health matters, promotion, motivation, employee and family safety, and various social services and activities done by the company. At the end of the visit, Prof. Shravan Kharani and Dr. Sharad Jani, psychology department, enlightened students regarding the subject.
