On 16/09/2023, Food and Drug Regulatory Authority, Palanpur and Banaskantha Consumer Protection, Education and Research Society, Palanpur jointly organized a program in M.A. Parikh Fine Arts and Arts College, Palanpur for consumer awareness and food safety among the students, in which the Principal of the college, Dr. R. B. Patel welcomed the officers and guests. On this occasion, District Food Officer Mr. Tejasbhai Patel gave information about food adulteration. District Weights & Measures officer Shri Chandanbhai Kunkana informed the students about the Weighing Act. Banaskantha Consumer Protection, Education and Research Honorary Minister Purnimaben Maheta spoke about the reforms of the year 2019.
