On 14/10/2023, the department of Painting of M. A. Parikh Fine Arts and Arts College, Palanpur organized a guest lecture on the subject 'Art and Artists: An Intimate Journey', in which V. Divakar, art critic & curator, delivered the lecture. In this lecture, all the students of the painting department, along with alumni students remained present. After the observation of paintings made by the students, the guest provided them guidance after a brief conversation. In this lecture, Shri Raju Patel, an artist from Baroda also remained present. The lecture was organised by Pro. Narendra Patel and Pro. Baishakhi Patel under the inspiration of the principal of the college Dr. R. B. Patel.
