Under the joint initiative of the NSS unit of M.A. Parikh Fine Arts and Arts College, Palanpur, managed by Banaskantha District Kelavani Mandal and affiliated to Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan, a service activity was carried out on 02/09/2025. Under the guidance of Programme Officers Dr. Ganpatbhai Chaudhary and Dr. Khushbuben Chaudhary, the volunteers visited the camps in Palanpur where pilgrims on their way to Ambaji were staying. The volunteers spread awareness regarding plastic-free initiatives and environmental consciousness and also engaged in various public service activities in the camps. A total of 10 NSS volunteers voluntarily participated in these service activities.
Manish Ashokbhai Parikh Fine Arts & Arts College, established in 2007, is a self-financed institution in Palanpur offering advanced training in fine arts. It operates under the BKDKM umbrella.
