Birdhouses and Water Pots Distribution Program Held at a College in Palanpur

At M.A. Parikh Fine Arts & Arts College, Palanpur, managed by the Banaskantha District Kelavani Mandal, an NSS (National Service Scheme) initiative was undertaken to support birds during the summer heat. Under this program, NSS volunteers and program officers distributed 200 water pots and 150 birdhouses, along with bird feeders. Several birdhouses and water pots were installed at various locations within the college campus.

A total of 58 enthusiastic volunteers actively participated in this initiative and took responsibility for setting up birdhouses and water pots at their homes as well. The college staff members were also present during the event.

The entire program was conducted under the guidance of the college principal, Dr. Rameshkumar B. Patel, and was organized by NSS program officers Prof. Shravan Kumar Kharani and Dr. Ganpatbhai Chaudhary.
