On the occasion of International Mother Language Day, Matrubhasha Divas 2025 was organized as part of Mother Language Week through the joint initiative of the Gujarati Sahitya Academy, Gandhinagar.As part of this event, a panel discussion was held, where renowned poet, novelist, ghazal writer, storyteller, and distinguished creative personality, Shri Ashokpuri Goswami, engaged in a conversation with students about his novel “Kuvo.”A video message conveying the honorable Chief Minister’s greetings on the significance of the mother tongue was also presented during the event. Additionally, under the project “My Signature, My Mother Language”, all participants of the panel discussion were invited to sign in their mother tongue on a specially prepared banner.The discussion witnessed active participation from students of the college as well as mother language enthusiasts—teachers and students—from various colleges. The event was graced by the presence of Shri Amitbhai Parikh, Academic Campus Director of Banaskantha District Kelavani Mandal, and Dr. Rameshkumar B. Patel, Principal of the college.
