Celebration of “Swadeshi to Developed India Day”

Under the joint initiative of Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan, and the Banaskantha District Kelavani Mandal managed M. A. Parikh Fine Arts and Arts College, Palanpur, a programme was organized on 12th December 2025 as part of the “Swadeshi Abhiyan.” On this occasion, an essay competition and an elocution competition were held to mark “Swadeshi to Developed India Day” and “Swadeshi Day” (Babu Genu Balidan Divas). The volunteer who secured the first position in the essay competition was given a prize as encouragement. Around fifty-five NSS volunteers participated with great enthusiasm.After the competitions, Programme Officer Dr. Khushbuben Chaudhary addressed all the volunteers through a PPT based on the Swadeshi Mission Pocket Book, guiding them on the importance of purchasing indigenous products. The entire event was conducted under the guidance of the Principal, Dr. Rameshkumar B. Patel. The programme was organized by NSS Programme Officers Dr. Ganpatbhai Chaudhary and Dr. Khushbuben Chaudhary.
