The Department of Painting at M.A. Parikh Fine Arts College in Palanpur offers a dynamic program focusing on developing artistic skills in various painting techniques and styles. A drawing exhibition has been organized in Kala Bhavan by Department of Painting. Paintings made by Shalini Patel focusing on nature have been exhibited in this program.
The Painting Department organized an outdoor study at Gola, Palanpur. Artist Raju Bhai Patel was present at the event, and 30 students from the Painting Department participated in the outdoor study. The entire program was conducted under the guidance of the college principal, Dr. Rameshbhai Patel, and was coordinated by faculty members Narendra Patel and Baishakhi Patel from the Painting Department.
The Indian Art Fair 2025 was held in Delhi from February 6 to February 9, 2025. Students and faculty members from the Painting Department of M.A. Parikh Fine Arts and Arts College, Palanpur, managed by Banaskantha District Kelavani Mandal, attended this art exhibition as spectators.
The exhibition featured artworks by artists from both India and abroad. A total of 20 students from the Painting Department participated in the event, accompanied by Prof. Narendra Patel and Prof. Baishakhi Patel, who were also present as spectators. The entire program was organized as an educational tour under the guidance of the Principal, Dr. Ramesh Patel.
