From 05/01/2024 to 11/01/2024, an annual camp was held at Saripada village of Palanpur district by the National Service Scheme – NSS Unit run by in M. A. Parikh Fine Arts and Arts College. The programe started with an encouragement speech by Dr. Ramesh B. Patel, the principal of the college, explaining the importance of NSS and motivating the NSS Swayam Sevaks. During this camp, Prabhat Ferry, Village Cleaning, Medical Checkup Camp, Mehndi-Vangi-Rangoli Competition, Bhajan Sandhya, Satsang Dairo, Sports Festival, Mahila Gruh Udyog, Ayurvedic Camp, Youth Guidance, Cultural Programs, Drama- 'Halo Budhabhai's life'' etc were organized The volunteers of NSS unit during this camp also organized Yoga-Exercise camp, Cybercrime- SOCIAL MEDIA AWARENESS, Gotrija program, night visit with villagers, group Ras-Garba and intellectual lectures which conveyed the message of village awareness and nation awareness. In the closing ceremony, Dr. Ramesh B. Patel, the principal thanked the villagers, primary school principal, staff, NSS Swayam Sevaks. The entire camp was conducted under the leadership of Prof. Shravan Kharani and Prof. Ganesh Chaudhary, Program Officers of NSS unit.
