On the morning of 27/01/2024, Banaskantha District Kelavani Mandal, Palanpur and Rotary Club of Palanpur organized a mini marathon under the theme "Run for Health" at G.D. Modi Vidyasankul. Senior citizens, disabled, school students and college students participated in different categories of 1KM, 3KM and 5KM. The winners in both boys and girls in every category who achieved 1st, 2nd and 3rd ranks were honored with shields and certificates. The President of Banaskantha District Kelavani Mandal Shri. Vipulkumar Modi, Secretary Sunilbhai Shah, executive members, guests, principals, teachers and the students of various colleges of G.D. Modi Vidyasankul were present during the occasion. About 750 contestants from Palanpur and surrounding areas also ran under “Run for Health” in this marathon.
