The Department of English, M. A. Parikh Fine Arts & Arts College, Palanpur, organized a guest session on “Why Literature Still Matters” on September 01,2025, Monday.The session was graced by Dr. Anil S. Kapoor, Associate Professor, R. R. H. Patel Mahila Arts College, Vijapur, as the guest speaker. He delivered an insightful talk highlighting the continuing significance of literature in shaping thought, culture, and human values in the modern world.Principal Dr. R. B. Patel guided and encouraged the initiative of the Department of English and appreciated the importance of such academic engagements for the holistic growth of students. The event was conducted by Bhavik Goswami and Harsh Desai, faculties of the Department of English. The program concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the speaker, management, and students for their active participation and support in making the session a success.
